This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which purchases of the Career Accelerator Playbook, in both digital and physical formats, may be canceled or refunded. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

For the digital version of the Career Accelerator Playbook, all sales are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once the purchase has been completed and access has been granted. We encourage you to review the product description carefully before making your purchase. If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or downloading the resource, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

For the physical edition of the Career Accelerator Playbook, orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Approval of cancellations is at our discretion and subject to order status at the time of the request.

We accept refunds or replacements for physical products only in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase. Any such request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include your order number and reasonable evidence, such as photographs of the damaged or defective item. If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, and we reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
