Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Career Accelerator Playbook – Physical Edition. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays, and during peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable. We currently ship to most countries worldwide, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities, and these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase, and we are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or recipient unavailability. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date, including your order number and supporting photographs in the case of damage. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. Due to the nature of printed materials, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Approved returns must be unused and in original condition, and return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
